2007: the decision of Education and Science Control Committee, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan awarded the academic title of associate professor

2010: Ph.D. defense on the specialty 13.00.08 - the theory and methodology of vocational education (ENU. L.N.Gumilyov, D 14.61.51)

2014:  the decision of  Education and Science Control Committee the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan awarded the academic title of professor of Pedagogy

Achievements

The winner of the grant "The best teacher of the university" of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

 The winner of the state scientific scholarship of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan for scientists and specialists who have made an outstanding contribution to the development of science and technology.

The winner of the International Scientific Exhibition "Golden Fund of Russian Science" (Moscow, National Economic Achievement Exhibition, NEAE), the nomination "The best educational publication in the industry."

2018: the winner of the International book exhibition in Barcelona (Spain), a certificate and a medal (LIBER BARCELONA 2018)

2018: the winner of the Republican competition for the project “Ruhani Zhagyru” in Kazakh National Pedagogical University after Abay.

Publications

In total, more than 300 scientific works have been published, including 12 monographs, 50 educational and methodological manuals, more than 250 articles in scientific journals, collections of international conferences, more than 10 in the IBC Thomson Reuters and Scopus.

8 copyright certificates issued by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on state registration of intellectual property.

1991- 2001 учитель математики и физики в СШ №13 г. Кокшетау.

2001-2004 зам.директора по НМР экологической школы-гимназии «Экос» г.Кокшетау.

2002-2004 ст.преподаватель кафедры педагогики и психологии КГУ им. Ш.Уалиханова (по совместительству).

Научная деятельность. В 2004 г. защитила кандидатскую диссертацию по специальности 13.00.01 – общая педагогика, история педагогики и образования, этнопедагогика (ЕАГИ, К 14.50.09). В 2007 г. решением ККСОН МОН РК присвоено ученое звание доцент (ассоциированный профессор). В 2010 г. защитила докторскую диссертацию по специальности 13.00.08 – теория и методика профессионального образования (ЕНУ им. Л.Н.Гумилева, Д 14.61.51). В 2014 г. решением ККСОН МОН РК присвоено ученое звание профессор «Педагогики».

Достижения. Обладатель гранта МОН РК «Лучший преподаватель вуза».

Лауреат государственной научной стипендии МОН РК для ученых и специалистов, внесших выдающийся вклад в развитие науки и техники.

Лауреат Международной научной выставки «Золотой фонд отечественной науки» (Москва, ВДНХ), призер в номинации «Лучшее учебно-методическое издание в отрасли». В 2018 году - лауреат международной книжной выставки в Барселоне (Испания), награждена сертификатом и медалью (LIBER BARCELONA 2018). В 2018 году - победитель Республиканского конкурса по проекту «Рухани Жаңғыру» в КазНПУ им. Абая. За работу «Мы и мир: психолого-педагогические аспекты модернизации сознания» награждена медалью «Лучший педагог-психолог Казахстана».

Звания. Академик МАИН. Действительный член Международной ассоциации ученых, Европейской Академии Естествознания, Российской Академии Естествознания и др. Имеет Почетные звания «Заслуженный деятель науки и образования» и «Основатель научной школы». Советник Международной Федерации «Общественная наука», член экспертного совета Международной ассоциации ученых, редакционного совета изданий «Международный журнал экспериментального образования», «Путь науки», «Academy» и др. Входит в состав редакционной коллегии межвузовского научного Вестника, сборника «Уалихановкие чтения» и др. Многократно приглашалась в качестве рецензента по диссертационным работам в Казахстане и за рубежом. Подготовила 2 кандидатов наук, более 30 магистров, консультирует докторантов PhD. Как опытный наставник  руководит научно-исследовательской работой молодых ученых.

Стажировки. Проходила научную стажировку в РГПУ им. А.И.Герцена (г. Санкт-Петербург), принимала участие в Международной педагогической ассамблее «Образование ХХI века: развитие человеческого потенциала». Участвовала в Международном форуме «Problems of education quality» Turkey (Antalya). С целью обмена опытом в составе делегации из казахстанских вузов проходила стажировку в Ближневосточном университете Северного Кипра (г. Никосия) и Courses of Development Programme to «International Relations and Academic Mobility».

Публикации. Всего опубликовано более 300 научных работ, среди которых 12 монографий, 50 учебных и методических пособий, более 250 статей в научных журналах, сборниках международных  конференций, более 10 статей в МБЦ Thomson Reuters и Scopus. Имеет 8 авторских свидетельств, выданных МЮ РК о государственной регистрации объектов интеллектуальной собственности.

Награды и поощрения. Международные награды: орден «За заслуги», медали Вернадского, Нобеля, Ломоносова. Дважды награждена золотой медалью «Европейское качество». Нагрудный знак МОН РК «Лучший преподаватель вуза», медаль «50 лет КГУ им. Ш.Уалиханова», почетные грамоты, благодарственные письма и др.
