Autobiography
Bakirov Akhat Serikuly, was born on May 21, 1993. After graduating from school with honors in 2011, entered the Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications with a degree in radio engineering, electronics and telecommunications, which graduated with honors in 2015. In the same year I graduated with honors from the National Research University “Moscow Power Engineering Institute” with a degree in Economics.
In 2015, I entered the master`s program at the Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications, which graduated with honors in 2017.
In 2017, I entered a PhD study in radio engineering, electronics and telecommunications at the Almaty University of Power Engineering and Telecommunications, where I am currently studying. The topic of my PhD research is “Development of theoretical bases of methods of counteraction to modern forms of information warfare”.
I began my career in 2016 as a junior researcher at the Science and Technology Park of KazNU. al-Farabi. Now I work as a researcher at the National Engineering Academy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The author of more than 40 scientific and educational works, including 4 monographs and 1 study guide, the Hirsch index is 1.
Research interests: artificial intelligence, artificial neural networks, problems of higher education, information warfares.
