Serikov Tansaule Gabdymanapovich - Doctor PhD, Associate Professor of the Kazakh Agrotechnical University. S. Seifullina, was born on November 28, 1981 at the Nurataldy state farm in the Shet district of the Karaganda region. Kazakh by nationality. In 1988 he went to the school named after M. Gorky (now Zh. Akylbaev) in the village of Aksu-Ayuly, Shetsky district.
In 1998, after graduating from the secondary school named after the 60th anniversary of Kazakhstan in the city of Priozersk, he entered the Almaty Institute of Energy and Communications. In 2003, after successfully graduating from this institute with a degree in Automatic Telecommunications, he was sent to work in the Karaganda branch of Kazakhtelecom JSC. In 2003 he graduated from the Almaty Institute of Energy and Communications with a degree in Automatic Telecommunications.
In 2005, he graduated with honors from the Karaganda Financial Institute with a degree in Economics.
In 2014 he graduated from the magistracy at the Karaganda State Technical University with a degree in Automation and Control. In 2014 he entered the doctoral program of the Kazakh National Research Technical University named after K.I. Satbaev, in 2017 he successfully defended his doctoral dissertation in the specialty "Radio Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications" and received a PhD.

In 2016, Buerger's disease was discovered, he underwent 18 operations on both legs. Since 2017, I have been a disabled person of the first group in a wheelchair.
In 2016, he fully switched to teaching. Hirsch index 3. Has more than 70 scientific papers that have been approved at many foreign conferences and published in scientific journals with a high impact factor. Author of 4 monographs, more than 50 scientific publications included in the base COKOSON, RSCI, Scopus, Web of science, 10 textbooks, manuals of the Republican Educational and Methodological Council, and 5 Intellectual Property Systems of the Republic of Kazakhstan. At the end of 2020, he was recognized as the best young scientist of Karaganda Technical University. Conducts scientific work and research in the direction of modeling telecommunications networks and systems, the theory of teletraffic, digital integrated telecommunications networks.
