Kalytka Valery Aleksandrovich, the Candidate of Physical-Mathematical Sciences (PhD), the active member of the International Informatization Academy (IIA).

His scientific investigate (research) interests are currently focused on theoretical and mathematical physics, Solid State Physics, dielectric spectroscopy and Physics of condensed media.

Kalytka Valery Aleksandrovich was born on March 14, 1976, in Derzhavinsk town of the Turgai region of the Kazakh SSR. He graduated from the secondary school of N. Ostrovsky in the town of Derzhavinsk.

During the period of 1993-1997 he had been studied at the Faculty of Physics of the Karaganda State University named after Academician E.A. Buketov, the graduate of the Department of "Optics and Wave Processes". In the period of 1998-2000 he studied at the magistracy of the physical faculty of the Karaganda State University named after Academician E.A. Buketov, the graduate of the Department of «Solid State Physics».

Since 1998, in parallel with studying in the magistracy, as a laboratory assistant, then as an engineer of scientific-researcher laboratory "Crystal", he began investigating activities, under the supervision of the Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor M.P. Tonkonogov (1924-2010), in the direction "Dielectric spectroscopy of hydrogen bonded crystals (HBC)". In the period of 1998 - 2002 conducted mainly theoretical studies of the behavior of the temperature spectra of thermally stimulated currents of depolarization (TSCD) and the frequency-temperature spectra of the dielectric losses tangent, in the region of low (50-100 K) temperatures. In the period of 2002 - 2005, in co-authorship with M.P. Tonkonogov, published 3 scientific articles in the journal "Izvestya Vysshikh Uchebnykh zavedeniy. Fizika" ["Bulletin of High Education Institutes. Physics"] (publishing house of Tomsk State University (TSU), Tomsk-city) republished in translating version as "Russian Physics Journal" (USA, New-York).

In 2012 he studied in the reduced one year post-graduate course at the Institute of Natural Resources of National Researcher Tomsk Polytechnic University (NR TPU).

On May 23, 2012, he defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of physical and mathematical sciences, under the supervision of Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor M.V. Korovkin (TPU, Tomsk), (specialty: 01.04.07 "Condensed matter physics", dissertation council D 212.269.02 (condensed matter physics, NR TPU)) on the topic: "Analytical investigating of thermally stimulated currents of depolarization in hydrogen bonded crystals at the range of  low  temperatures". Approved by the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, No. 255 н/к - 10, dated May 30, 2013, series ДКН No. 185429.

In April 2014, he received a Ph.D, in the specialty 6D060400 - Physics. The number of the diploma is FД 0000468. Approved by the Order of the Committee on Supervision in the Sphere of Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Order No. 564, dated April 3, 2014.

In the period from 2014 to the present, as a scientific supervisor, he carries out grant work (along the lines of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan) and initiative work on the direction "Theoretical and experimental studies of the electrophysical and magnetic properties of composite dielectric materials over a wide range of fields and temperatures". The main object of research is hydrogen bonded crystals (HBC), various types of ceramics (ССС, YSZ), ferroelectrics such as KDP, DKDP, etc.

Analytical studies of the electrophysical, magnetic, optical, and other properties of heterogeneous elements based on proton conductors (PC) and composite solid dielectrics are relevant for the modern electrotechnical industry (high-voltage and cable technology, microelectronics and optoelectronics, laser technology and nonlinear optics, insulating technology). Materials of the class of proton semiconductors and dielectrics (PSCD) are relevant for innovative and alternative energetics, as fuel cells for hydrogen energy and as high-temperature ionic conductors for capacitor technology, ionics, electrochemical and physicochemical technologies (solid electrolytes based on proton conductors). Materials of the PSCD class can be used in construction technologies, as powder additives for strengthening reinforced concrete structures. Low-temperature proton superconductors (for space technologies), in the long term, can find application as functional elements of photoelectric panels (PEP) operating on the basis of quantum transitions of protons stimulated by an external light flux from the valence band to the conduction band, followed by the formation of a proton current gradient. Such elements are an alternative to the PEP based on electronic semiconductors and their composites.

In the period of 2004-2014 he had been worked as the senior lecturer of the Department of "Energy and General Technical Disciplines" of International Business Academy (IBA), Karaganda, Kazakhstan.

In Karaganda State Technical University (KSTU) he has been working since the May 2014, as an assistant professor at the Department of "Power Engineering systems".

During the period from September 27 to October 10, 2016, he completed an internship at the Slovak Technical University (The Republic of Slovakia, Bratislava), with the certificate "Innovative technologies in the Power Engineering".

December 26, 2017 he was elected the active member of the International Informatization Academy (IIA). The certificate No. 2114.

For the period of 1998 - 2018, he published more than 125 scientific and scientific-methodical works, specializing in 01.04.00 - "Physics", including 7 articles in foreign journals included in the international database "Thomson Reuters", with non-zero impact-factor (published in 2002,2004,2005 y.; 2015,2016,2018 y.) and 14 articles in the journals included in the list of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Russian Federation.

In 2015, in the Publishing House "LAP LAMBERT Academic Publishing" (Germany), in co-authorship with Dr. of Tomsk Polytechnic University Professor, Korovkin M.V., published the monograph "Proton Conductivity": ISBN-13 : 978-3-659-68923-9; ISBN-10: 3659689238; EBAN: 978365968923. The material of the monograph, during 3 years, is used in the educational process, at the KSTU magistracy, in the development of teaching materials for elective subjects specialty 6M071800 - "Power Engineering": "Non-traditional and renewable energy sources", "Innovative technologies in renewable power engineering", "Technologies in the Power Engineering".

In 2018, at the Publishing House of the Karaganda State Technical University, he published a monograph "Electrophysics of Proton Semiconductors and Dielectrics" devoted to the development of analytical methods for studying relaxation polarization in materials based the hydrogen bonded crystals (HBC). The field of practical application of the results is industrial electrical engineering, microelectronics and optoelectronics, power engineering and high voltage technology, physics and low temperature technology. The monograph is recommended as a scientific edition for a wide range of undergraduates, doctoral students and researchers specializing in the field of modern electrical and energy technologies.
